Three-week assessment including stakeholder interviews, on-site observation, document review, and a written report with presentation to the family group.
Succession Planning Session
Half-day facilitated workshop (4 hours) with written summary. Full-day sessions available at NT$78,000.
Operational Coaching
Monthly 90-minute coaching for family members in new management roles. Six-month minimum commitment.
Quarterly Governance Check-in
For clients who completed a Governance Review and want ongoing support during implementation. Includes one half-day visit and written progress notes.
What affects your quote
Final fees depend on the number of family branches involved, travel to sites outside greater Taipei, the volume of documents requiring review, and whether translation between Mandarin and English is needed for certain stakeholders. We provide a fixed-fee engagement letter before work starts — no hourly surprises.
Payment terms
Governance Reviews require a 40% deposit upon signing the engagement letter, with the balance due upon report delivery. Session-based work is invoiced after each session. Coaching is invoiced monthly in advance. We accept bank transfer; we do not process card payments on this site.
